    One of the initiatives Midnight Sun proudly supports is Girls and GRIT. Girls and GRIT is a collaborative fundraising initiative between KidSport Edmonton and the Paralympic Sports Association that empowers girls to participate in sport by removing barriers so more girls can play. Research shows that 94% of women in the c-suite have an athletic background.

    By supporting Girls and GRIT, we directly empower Edmonton’s most vulnerable girls to swing a bat, jump in the pool or kick a soccer ball, teaching them the skills they need and showcasing what grit feels like which will help them move forward, move up and move into leadership roles.
